Terms & Conditions of hire:
By booking a hire, you (the client) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
You must be over 18 years of age with a current form of photo I.D. such as a Victorian Drivers Licence or passport.
You must also provide a bank statement or utility bill containing address and name details that match those on your photo I.D.
We require a valid credit card as security. Credit card details may need to be identical to those on the photo I.D. and utility bill.
Payment must be made in full prior to pick up. We accept all Credit Cards, EFTPOS, Cash and Bank Transfers.
A Bond (pre-authorization transaction) will also be charged to your credit card for the same amount as the total hire cost or a fee of $300 (whichever is the highest), prior to the equipment leaving Bounce Audio.
Failure to pick up equipment, or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will lose 100% of any prior payments already charged.
Equipment is hired on a 24-hour basis unless otherwise agreed (i.e. equipment picked up at 1pm must be returned the following day at 1pm, except on a Sunday). Bounce Audio reserve the right to request an earlier return if necessary. Should you not be able to return on time please call 8060 2997 If you can’t reach us or if we are closed, please email email@example.com.
Once equipment has left Bounce Audio premises or has been delivered to an address/venue, any damage, theft or loss is your full responsibility.
You (the Client) agree that you understand the correct and safe way to transport, set-up and use the hired equipment as per manufacturer’s specifications and procedures. Bounce Audio can give instruction or can supply a manufacturer’s user guide upon your request.
All equipment and accessories must be returned in the same condition as when collected. Any repairs or necessary replacements will incur a cost that will be removed from your bond and may incur additional charges. You must not try to repair (or get repaired) any Bounce Audio equipment hired. Bounce Audio reserve the right to choose the repairer.
Any damage to equipment needs to be brought to Bounce Audio’s attention as soon as possible by calling us on 8060 2997 (please leave a voice message if the store is closed) or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If returned equipment requires cleaned a cleaning fee may be charged to your credit card.
