a Valid Victorian Drivers' Licence

We require a physical or digital copy of your drivers' licence in order to complete your hire.
The address on your card must match your proof of address documentation.
We accept licences with updated addresses.

Proof of address

We require a proof of address that matches the address on your ID, that is no more than 3 months old.

This doesn't have to be a physical copy, - we can witness this on your mobile device.

You can also e-mail us prior to your collection date at enquiries@bounceaudio.com.au

To jog your memory some examples of such documents:

  • Phone bill
  • Bank statement
  • Utility bill - water/power/gas/internet
  • Vehicle registration or insurance confirmation
  • Tenancy or lease agreement

Someone picking up on your behalf?

We allow your friends or family to collect your hire booking on your behalf. Simply call or E-mail us prior to your collection date so we can mark your hire booking correctly.

We are required to collect the same identification as outlined above and they will be required to authorise the security deposit in-store.
