Refund policy

Returns

All returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase.

Any returns or exchanges must be started within 28 days of purchase.

We offer store credit for items which are still in their sealed packaging or otherwise not used / tampered.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Should the product received be faulty and/or damaged, please contact us on shop@bounceaudio.com.au, or phone 03 8060 2997. We will arrange replacement items or a refund where applicable.

Faulty Items 

If the product you have purchased from Bounce Audio has a fault, we will facilitate the repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by ACL within 30 days from the delivery date, we can replace the item with a new one or provide a refund.

When starting out with any new piece of technology, it is of utmost importance that you read the manual and setup instructions to ensure you understand how to properly and safely operate your gear. Commonly we find that equipment is not faulty but rather is being incorrectly used, so please be sure to check the basics before returning your gear:

  • Check leads, plugs and connections
  • Read the manual
  • View manufacturer websites for any updates on product manuals, features or firmware updates
  • If returning something as DOA / under warranty, please return it with full packaging to the best of your ability.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable, however can be transferred to a different customer. Please contact shop@bounceaudio.com.au to facilitate this process.

Shipping

You are responsible to cover shipping costs to return goods unless otherwise agreed by Bounce Audio. We are not liable for damages arising during return shipping, so please ensure you pack items correctly!
