Frequently Asked Questions
We replace it within 24 hours, no questions asked. We swap the gear first and assess what happened afterwards, so your venue is never without working equipment. Normal wear and tear is covered at our cost, not yours.
For most venues, yes. You avoid the upfront capital cost, ongoing repair bills, and the expense of gear becoming outdated. The monthly fee can be claimed as a business operating expense, and if a unit needs servicing, you are not paying for a substitute while you wait.
A cancellation fee equivalent to three months applies if you end a 12-month agreement early. We are upfront about this so there are no surprises.
Yes. If you need a specific Pioneer, Allen & Heath, QSC, or Technics model - or anything else outside of our core range, we can source it. This is dependent on the period of your equipment hire. Long-term agreements make it financially viable for us to invest in the exact gear your venue requires.
Not currently. Our long-term rates are structured so that the ongoing cost of hiring is lower than the combined cost of purchasing, maintaining, and replacing equipment. We are exploring leasing options — ask us about this when you get in touch.
Yes. Delivery, setup, and a staff walkthrough are included in every long-term hire agreement at no additional charge.
